Homemade Vegetable Crisps

Eating healthy isn’t that hard and at least it isn’t that bad when you have some great recipes and cookbooks on the go. This homemade vegetable crisps recipe is my backup option whenever I’m craving something salty like crisps. It’s just one of the easy Eat Smartrecipes by gorgeous Niomi Smart – it takes you only a few minutes to prepare, it’s healthy-ish and it’s absolutely delicious. And as a plus, it’s so much cheaper and with better ingredients than chips from the supermarket.

So there are no more words needed, because it is that easy to make. All you have to do is cut up some of your favorite vegetables in thin slices – I prefer sweet potato over normal potatoes and I also added a few beetroots and carrots. You can also mix it with parsnips and other turnips. Then drizzle some olive oil and spices all over your vegetables and you’re ready to go! Spread the veggies on a baking sheet and put them in the oven. 200 degrees and around 25-30 minutes seems fine to me, but check the oven from time to time and mix the crips now and then.
